Cassie J. Dunn is the Managing Partner of Haines, Isenbarger & Skiba, LLC. She joined the firm in 2012.  Cassie previously worked for Ernst & Young LLP in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana.  She has extensive audit experience with publicly and privately owned companies and nonprofit organizations and their related employee benefit plans.  She has taught training on a variety of audit and accounting topics, including accounting for investments, accounting for income taxes, fair value accounting, and various internal control and Sarbanes Oxley auditing requirements.  Cassie serves clients as a lead executive on audit clients as well as leading the tax-exempt sector in our tax practice.

Cassie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration double majoring in Accountancy and Computer Applications. She received her Master of Accountancy from Manchester College. Cassie is a member of the AICPA and the INCPAS. She serves as the volunteer treasurer of Headwaters Church and Fort Wayne Summer Swim & Dive, Inc. Her hobbies include cooking and watching her kids swim.

Lisa M. Isenbarger is the Director of Business Valuation Services. She joined the firm in March 1999 to direct the assurance and business valuation practices. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 12 years at Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager of assurance and advisory business services.

Ms. Isenbarger has coordinated the accounting and auditing services for publicly held and privately owned companies in the not-for-profit and manufacturing industries. She has also performed business valuations for a variety of tax and business purposes. Throughout her career, she has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings, capital and debt public offerings, and private placements.

Ms. Isenbarger obtained a B.S. Degree with highest distinction in Accounting from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant with an accreditation in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Institute of Business Appraisers, and Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council.

Ms. Isenbarger has also served as leader for a variety of training programs and has made numerous presentations on accounting topics to a variety of groups and associations, such as the Financial Executives Institute, industry associations, and university groups.  She has been active in a number of community and industry organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce.

David O. Cole is Director, Forensic Services.  Dave’s career spans more than 45 years, including 18 years as the Chief Financial Officer with two Fort Wayne area businesses whose stock was traded publicly (NASDAQ).  Throughout his career, which began in public accounting with EY, Dave has been involved in Income Taxation, Divorce, Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuation, Bankruptcy, Forensic Accounting, Damages, SEC & Financial Reporting, and Strategic Planning. 

Dave has a B.S. degree from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.  He is also a Certified Domestic Relations Mediator with the Indiana Supreme Court.  He is a Fellow with the American Board of Forensic Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana CPA Society, Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, American Board of Forensic Accountants, and the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council.  Dave is also a member and current Board Director (since 2002) with the Fort Wayne Chapter of Financial Executives International and is a former Area Director for the National Leadership Council of Financial Executives International.

His practice encompasses tax, divorce, mediation, valuation, forensic accounting and financial reporting.
